Job Description
Assist Gas Manager in technical issues, health & safety requirements, and company procedures
- Supervise the team of Gas Engineers & Apprentices working on behalf of United Living to deliver high quality & cost-effective gas installation, servicing & maintenance services
- Carry out service, repair, commissioning, and maintenance work to heating & gas systems where required
- Carry out routine inspections and quality control checks on U/L engineers & sub-contractors
- Cover for Gas Manager, attending contract meetings, health & safety meetings, etc., where necessary
- Liaise with clients and residents to help Gas Manager deal with complaints, correspondence, and client enquiries to enable a swift and positive outcome

Qualifications
- Full Domestic ACS qualifications Inc. MET1
- CDMMA1 - Fumes Investigation
- Experience of carrying out gas auditing of engineers is an advantage
- SMSTS - Is desirable
- L.P.G, Oil & Commercial qualifications are an advantage
- Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word skills required
Additional Information
- Working hours 7.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday
- 1 hour lunch break
- Full uniform & safety equipment supplied
