Gas Engineer Wanted!
Location: London and surrounding areas
Pay: £17.00-£21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Job type: Full-time
About The Role
MNM Property Services Ltd is looking for an experienced and qualified Gas Engineer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will work across London and the surrounding areas, carrying out domestic gas safety inspections and issuing Landlord Gas Safety Records (CP12s), alongside general plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out domestic gas safety inspections and completing CP12 certificates
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic gas appliances
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
- Undertaking general domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Completing job reports, certificates and other required documentation accurately
- Communicating professionally with residents, clients and office staff
- Following Gas Safe, health and safety, and company procedures
- Looking after the company vehicle, equipment and materials provided

Essential Requirements
- Current domestic Gas Safe qualifications and a valid Gas Safe Register ID card
- Relevant ACS qualifications, including CCN1 and CENWAT or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Gas Engineer
- Good knowledge of domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, reliable and able to work independently
- Good customer-service skills and confidence working in occupied properties
- Right to work in the UK
