Gas Fitter
A local authority in the North East is looking for an experienced Gas Fitter / Heating Engineer to join its housing maintenance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out gas servicing, repairs, plumbing and mechanical installations, ensuring domestic properties are maintained to the highest safety and quality standards. The role also includes participation in an on-call rota and working across a varied maintenance portfolio.

Key Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship in Gas, Plumbing or Heating Engineering (or equivalent)
- ACS Certification
- Experience in gas servicing, repairs, and maintenance work
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety and customer service
