Role Description
The Gas Membrane Installer role is a full-time, on-site position. Day-to-day tasks include installing gas membranes and related protective systems in accordance with site plans, technical drawings, and relevant regulations. The role involves:

Gas Membrane Installers work closely with supervisors, site managers, and other trades to coordinate activities, maintain safe working practices, and complete projects on schedule. The position requires adherence to health and safety procedures, proper use of tools and equipment, and accurate reporting of progress and issues.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in construction or groundworks, ideally with gas membrane or similar barrier installations.
- Ability to read and follow site plans, technical drawings, and method statements.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices, including use of PPE and safe handling of materials.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor and site-based environments for extended periods.
- Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks to a high standard.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively within a site team.
- Relevant construction certifications (e.g., CSCS card or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
- Full driving license and ability to travel to site as required is an advantage.
