Gas Technical Auditor

Job Summary
As a Technical Gas Auditor at Zuno, you will be confident and knowledgeable in auditing our installations to ensure they are compliant and to current regulations and manufacturer standards. You will have excellent communication skills to manage installation issues as well as support all departments within the business in audit and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to engineers during onsite installations via phone and live chat.
- Support departments such as Compliance and Aftercare with technical queries.
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing solutions, advice and reassurance.
- Conduct desktop audits of completed installations, identifying compliance issues and arranging engineer re-attendance where required.
- Keep the Zuno admin platform updated with technical information, recommendations and job records.
- Review internal and external audit findings and support continuous improvement.
- Train colleagues on processes and procedures, including how to report gas leaks.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and positive outcomes.
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be a supportive team player with strong verbal, written and IT skills.
- Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional duties as required by management.

Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and well organised person who has experience in the domestic gas industry with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT essential)
- Other qualifications (unvented hot water, LPG, other appliances) desired
- A minimum of 5 years gas experience (installation, repair, service of domestic gas boilers)
- Previous experience in field supervision or management desirable
- Full UK driving license
