Gate Operative - Flexible Contract (Zero Hours)

Role Overview
This is a flexible Zero Hours Contract, with the possibility to become part of our permanent team, depending on performance and operational needs. Our expertise and service levels ensure we fulfil contracts to the highest standard of quality and safety. We are currently recruiting for Gate Operatives for a major contract that we have recently won. The position is Monday to Friday, with work usually taking place between the hours of 6am and 6pm. Overtime in the evenings and on weekends is also available. Overtime is paid at enhanced rates.

Key Responsibility
- Meet all site traffic to direct appropriately
- Guiding traffic in and out of the site
- Closure of roads in accordance with the site
- Marshalling of pedestrians
- Ensuring planting equipment is moved safely around the site
- This role does not include any on call/ emergency work

Skills & Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Live within one hour of the Depot
- Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
- Ideally holds a Streetworks Ticket or TTMBC (ideal, not essential)
