You will play a key role in driving the growth of our Emerging Markets business, working closely with senior sales professionals, traders, and structuring teams to deliver market-leading solutions to Turkish institutional clients and corporates.
- Take active ownership of client relationships, transaction execution, and franchise-building initiatives from day one.
- Lead the pricing, structuring, and execution of transactions across a broad suite of products, including FX options, interest rate/currency swaps, and fixed income instruments.
- Manage day-to-day institutional client coverage, delivering timely market color, trade ideas, and macroeconomic updates relevant to the Turkish and broader Emerging Markets (EM) landscape.
- Partner with trading, structuring, and research desks to develop and pitch tailored risk management, hedging, and investment solutions.
- Drive the onboarding process for new clients by collaborating closely with Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis and portfolio modeling to identify new revenue-generating opportunities for the franchise.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
