About The Team:

The Global Capability Center (GCC) business brings together strategy, operating model, location, talent, technology, and transformation expertise to help clients build, scale, and reinvent their global capabilities. Our GCC Sales Advisory team partners across industries and markets to shape differentiated GCC strategies and solutions, combining deep domain knowledge, cross-deal insights, and Accenture's global capabilities. We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where people connect the right expertise, challenge conventional thinking, and turn complex client priorities into practical, high-impact outcomes.

You Are:

A pursuit strategist and GCC domain expert who knows what it takes to win GCC deals. You have run complex sales cycles end-to-end and understand that winning large, competitive GCC deals requires more than great content. It requires the right strategy, the right team, and the right expertise engaged from day one. You bring credible, cross-deal intelligence to every pursuit, challenge thinking at the senior level, and know how to orchestrate diverse teams toward a common goal. You thrive in high-stakes, high-velocity environments and leave every pursuit better than you found it.

Role Responsibilities:

As the EMEA Lead for the GCC Sales Advisory Team, you are a senior GCC pursuit specialist and trusted partner to deal leadership across the EMEA market. You bring dedicated GCC expertise, cross-deal intelligence, and pursuit strategy and execution support to help teams show up and win. This is a senior role at the intersection of GCC domain expertise, sales strategy, and cross-functional orchestration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
