GCP Agentic AI Technical Architect
UK-wide hybrid | London preferred | Permanent

Delivered agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud for a real business? This is an opportunity to take the technical lead on a major customer operations transformation, with an established team ready to deliver.
You’ll join a global technology consultancy’s intelligent automation practice, leading the design and delivery of AI solutions for a major consumer products and retail client. There’s scope to shape the current project and build your career across wider client engagements.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions using GCP, Vertex AI and Gemini.
- Design agent workflows and multi-agent architectures, integrating them with existing business systems.
- Define how solutions are monitored and ensure they are secure, scalable and reliable.
- Work directly with client stakeholders and guide architects and developers through delivery.

What we’re looking for
- Proven commercial experience designing or developing agentic AI solutions on GCP.
- Strong technical architecture experience, with the ability to explain your decisions and lead delivery.
- Practical experience with agent design patterns, multi-agent systems and monitoring.
- Confident communication with clients and technical teams.
- Experience in customer service or contact centre transformation.
- Salesforce knowledge is a bonus, particularly Service Cloud, Agentforce or Data Cloud.

The practical details
The role is open to candidates across the UK, with London preferred. Expect around two days a week in your nearest company office, plus client travel when required.
Salary is flexible depending on your experience. Strong candidates with higher expectations are encouraged to apply. BPSS checks are required.
