Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Progress OpenEdge (Progress 4GL/ABL).
  • Design and deploy cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Develop APIs and integrate applications with cloud services.
  • Work with databases, performance tuning, and application support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Ensure application reliability, security, and scalability.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in Progress OpenEdge/ABL (Progress 4GL).
  • Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, and Storage.
  • Experience in API development and system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
