Their Infrastructure and Cloud DevOps team builds sophisticated, low latency platforms on which the company’s trading operations are based.

They’re looking for an experienced GCP / Cloud Engineer to join them. From day one you’ll be involved in the strategy, design, development, and implementation of projects in the cloud.

You’ll work closely with UNIX / Linux, Network and Data Engineering teams and be able to work with a variety of technologies, including Python and Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform.

You’ll have real ownership of your work and this a unique opportunity at a very prestigious trading firm.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar GCP / Cloud / SRE / DevOps Engineering role
  • Great knowledge of designing, implementing and supporting GCP solutions (AWS would be useful too)
  • Good understanding of Linux and infrastructure engineering (networking, firewalls, storage etc)
  • Experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform etc
  • Excellent communication skills
