Role Description

The GCSE Math Tutor will deliver structured, curriculum-aligned online lessons to secondary school students preparing for GCSE examinations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

This is a full-time remote role that requires consistent availability, professional online presence, and effective use of digital tools for teaching and assessment.

Qualifications

  • Strong subject-matter expertise, including Mathematics and Algebra relevant to GCSE-level content.
  • Demonstrated experience in Online Tutoring and one-on-one or group Tutoring environments.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills for explaining concepts and interacting with learners and caregivers.
  • Experience preparing students for standardized or GCSE-style examinations, including familiarity with current exam specifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience in teaching GCSE Math.
  • Ability to create engaging digital lesson materials and use online teaching platforms effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage a full-time remote teaching schedule.
  • A commitment to inclusive, learner-centered instruction and to supporting diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
