GDP Quality Manager / Responsible Person

South London | Hybrid (1-2 days work from home)

Salary - negotiable, depending on experience.

We’re partnering with an established pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution business to recruit a GDP Quality Manager / Responsible Person.

This is a business with a strong reputation in the industry and an experienced leadership team that genuinely values Quality. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you’ll join a well-established team and play a key role in maintaining GDP compliance, supporting continuous improvement and helping shape the future of the Quality function.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply keep the wheels turning. The business is investing in its systems, processes and technology, with a real appetite to explore how AI can enhance quality and operational performance. If you’ve already used AI in a regulated environment or you’re keen to be part of that journey - you’ll be well received!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
