This is a 4 days per week contract role, offered on a day-rate basis, with hybrid working including approximately fortnightly travel to our central London office on the Strand.

The role will use Microsoft technologies to:

  • Contribute to the design, build, test, and deployment of enterprise and team-level Gen AI and agentic AI solutions
  • Define reusable enterprise patterns across RAG, agent orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, knowledge retrieval, human-in-the-loop workflows, and decision support
  • Define observability, interoperability, monitoring, and operational support patterns

Experience & Capability Requirements

Essential

  • AI solution architecture experience in large, complex organisations
  • Strong experience across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
  • Understanding of Gen AI, agentic AI, RAG, orchestration, automation, and integration patterns
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong awareness of industry developments, with the ability to translate them into practical enterprise use cases

Desirable

  • Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and controls
  • Background in data, analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise platform programmes
  • Experience building reusable enterprise AI products and services
  • Microsoft certifications
