hackajob is collaborating with Barclays to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.
Our vision is clear: to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role, you will lead and manage agentic workflows, RAG, tool-calling, and orchestration, with the help of GenAI developers. You will raise quality and drive adoption with enterprise-grade governance from day one, while collecting requirements, and managing technical delivery for agents across Azure and AWS, M365 Copilot/Copilot Studio, leveraging leading OpenAI and Anthropic LLMs with privacy and controls built in.
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into GenAI use cases
- Define success metrics (ROI, adoption)
- Prioritize based on value, risk, and reusability
- Manage/lead Business Analysis for Technology projects within Investment Bank
- Manage GenAI from ideation through PoC, pilot, and production using agile delivery, dependency tracking, and iterative user feedback loops
- Navigate technology delivery governance, risk, compliance, data privacy, and approval forums while coordinating across business, technology, data, security, and legal stakeholders in the financial domain
- Drive user adoption through clear requirements, UX alignment, training, communications, and continuous improvement based on banker/user feedback

- Agile SDLC, Jira, Projects, Excel, Power Point
- Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, data integration, and AI platforms (e.g., Azure / AWS / Copilot ecosystem) to effectively interface with engineers and architects
- Flexibility to work in a global team setting to support UK business in the Finance domain

The role will be based in our London office.
