As a Researcher in our Generative AI Trust Group, you'll play a key role in pioneering research that makes Generative AI safer, more trustworthy, and ready for real-world impact.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and contribute to cutting-edge research and development projects in Generative AI trust and cybersecurity, focusing on securing generative models and AI agents.
- Drive collaborative research initiatives with leading academic and industry partners, developing innovative solutions to address threats to Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
- Provide technical leadership and work closely with Fujitsu's global R&D teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies.
- Your research will help shape the industry with best practices and be shared at top international conferences.
- Mentor and support the next generation of researchers, guiding interns and junior team members as they grow their skills and careers.

Your Experience
We’re looking for someone with:
- M.Sc or Ph.D. qualification in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least two years in AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI, hands-on experience with Large Language Models and GenAI development.
- Good research track record and publications in top-tier conferences and journals (at least one publication in conferences like AAAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, EMNLP).
- Experience in leading research projects with tangible outcomes.
- Experience in offensive cybersecurity, particularly in AI security, vulnerability assessment, and ethical hacking (advantage).
- Hands-on proven experience with developing and securing agentic AI applications (advantage).
- Proven experience in adapting LLMs for business use cases and tasks such as LLM alignment and fine-tuning (advantage).
- Proven experience in securing generative AI applications (advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
