Serving the most innovative bars, restaurants, hotels, event organizers, and PR & marketing agencies. Based in Central London, we are a small, energetic team looking for a versatile and motivated individual to be our first point of contact for clients while supporting all areas of our business.
We operate our delivery service 7 days a week, from 7am–11pm, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are key.
About the Role
As our Sales & Ops / General Admin Executive, you’ll be central to the smooth running of the business, supporting multiple departments including Operations, Sales, Accounts, Production, and Management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Managing client accounts proactively and reactively
- Order entry, product and customer quoting, and payment management
- Database management and administrative support across all departments
- Assisting Operations with daily deliveries (100+ per day) and liaising with drivers
- Supporting Sales with bespoke ice sculpture planning and client coordination

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask under pressure, and thrive in a client-focused environment. Key attributes include:
- At least 2 years’ experience in operations, sales, or a B2B environment
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and in-house software)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional, customer-focused, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or operational experience is a plus
- Ambition to grow with the business

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £31,000 per year, with future bonus potential
- 28 days’ paid holiday per year
- £50 monthly travel allowance (£600 per year)

- Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (45 hours/week with 1-hour lunch)
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu during busy periods
- Remote on-call management one night per fortnight (6pm–9pm)
- Summer season support: 1 Saturday per month (June–August)
- Location: Central London – Vauxhall SW8
