The Role
Our General Administrator role will, through our Services Company, support the efficient and accurate administration of support services to the Diocese of Norwich Multi-Academy Trusts. Primarily supporting our Governance Team, you will help us deliver an excellent support service, enabling our schools to focus on providing the best possible educational experience for the children in them. This is a part-time position, the working pattern is flexible, and will be discussed at interview with successfully shortlisted candidates.
In the role you will be an essential member of our wider Governance team, reporting to the Head of Governance. You will have the chance to build strong relationships across our Education Services Company, contributing to the best outcomes for the children in the schools we support.
We would love to hear from you if you have an interest in administrative excellence and are looking for a role that not only provides great customer experience to our schools but also supports the wider community. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office products and be adept at learning how to use new systems.

Working Hours
We have 15 to 18.5 hours per week available and welcome discussions around the preferred number of hours and working pattern. Hours will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview and will fall within our opening hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

This post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations and the successful applicant will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether they are disqualified under these regulations.
