MPI are looking for a General Assembly Operative
Our client manufacture aluminium and steel grilles and diffusers for the ventilation industry throughout the UK and beyond. Job Overview
Working within our Sheet Metal department you will be carrying out the assembly of our product ensuring that the items are finished according to the customer’s specification.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fast-changing priorities
- Training will be undertaken for the right candidate
Job Type / Category
- Contract: Temp to Permanent
- Hours: 36 hours per week, Mon-Thurs – 07.00 – 16.30

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Be a good team worker
- Good grasp of basic numeracy
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Experience of working within a Sheet Metal Department preferred but not essential
- Ability to use measuring equipment
- Ability to work under pressure when meeting deadlines
- Strong team player
