We’re looking for a General Assistant to work at our client site in Swindon. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our retail unit, ensuring customers have a great experience every visit.

You’ll serve hot food (breakfast and lunch), manage a busy Deli Bar, prepare coffee/drinks, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Serving hot food during breakfast and lunch service
- Handling customer orders on a busy Deli Bar
- Brewing and serving hot drinks (to Costa-standard)
- Stocking and restocking shelves in a fast-paced shop
- Cleaning all areas (tables, floors, counters)
- Managing stock rotation effectively

What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must:
- Have experience in catering
- Be comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced restaurant
- Possess strong team collaboration skills, maybe occasionally independently
- Be adaptable to danish/directors’ instructions and flexible rosters
- Willingness to work across:
- Weekend shifts
- Evening shifts
- Bank holidays
- Must get up early if joining breakfast services
