Tulā Code is a growing artisan chocolate and wellness brand based in Highgate, a few minutes’ walk from the Northern Line station.

We are looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking General Assistant to support us during a busy period and with several large orders.

The role will initially be part-time, with the potential to become full-time following an initial review period, depending on performance, mutual fit and ongoing business needs.

Responsibilities

The role involves providing all-round, hands-on support across our kitchen, production and wider day-to-day business operations, including:

  • Washing utensils, equipment and chocolate-making tools
  • Cleaning and polishing chocolate moulds
  • Keeping the kitchen, production area and workspace clean, organised and hygienic
  • Preparing and weighing ingredients
  • Assisting with chocolate production, packing and labelling
  • Supporting stock checks, inventory records and food-safety documentation
  • Helping prepare customer and wholesale orders
  • Supporting wider day-to-day business operations as required

About You

You should be:

  • Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions carefully
  • Comfortable undertaking practical, repetitive and physically active work
  • Highly attentive to cleanliness, hygiene and detail
  • Organised and willing to help wherever needed
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving small-business environment
