Tulā Code is a growing artisan chocolate and wellness brand based in Highgate, a few minutes’ walk from the Northern Line station.
We are looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking General Assistant to support us during a busy period and with several large orders.
The role will initially be part-time, with the potential to become full-time following an initial review period, depending on performance, mutual fit and ongoing business needs.
Responsibilities
The role involves providing all-round, hands-on support across our kitchen, production and wider day-to-day business operations, including:
- Washing utensils, equipment and chocolate-making tools
- Cleaning and polishing chocolate moulds
- Keeping the kitchen, production area and workspace clean, organised and hygienic
- Preparing and weighing ingredients
- Assisting with chocolate production, packing and labelling
- Supporting stock checks, inventory records and food-safety documentation
- Helping prepare customer and wholesale orders
- Supporting wider day-to-day business operations as required

About You
You should be:
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions carefully
- Comfortable undertaking practical, repetitive and physically active work
- Highly attentive to cleanliness, hygiene and detail
- Organised and willing to help wherever needed
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving small-business environment

Previous experience in a professional kitchen, food production, hospitality, packing or manufacturing would be helpful, but is not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
