Front of House Assistant
£13.45 per hour | Full Time | Monday – Friday | 07:30–16:00 (Variable Shifts)

We're looking for a polished, customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our catering and hospitality team within a premium corporate workplace. The Role You'll Be Responsible For
- Delivering outstanding front of house service across our restaurant, coffee bar and hospitality events
- Serving food and beverages efficiently, professionally and with attention to detail
- Providing a welcoming and engaging experience for colleagues, clients and visitors
- Maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation
- Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient operation
- Adhering to all food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards
About You
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous front of house, hospitality or customer service experience
- Is professional, well presented and takes pride in their appearance
- Has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Communicates confidently and enjoys building positive relationships
- Thrives in a busy environment and remains calm under pressure
- Has excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team while also using their own initiative

Senior Events Manager - The Role
- To develop and support the leadership of the events team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Focusing on team development, implementing training sessions and building skills.
- Assist in managing day-to-day event operations, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Understanding how the rota is put together and able to plan and book staff when required.
- Take responsibility for personal and team health & safety adherence, leading safety walks and ensuring safety conversations are up to date
- Listen to customer comments and deal with them as appropriate or pass them on to a relevant member of staff to ensure prompt follow-up action is taken
- Conduct regular team meetings, ensuring open two-way communication.
- Developing knowledge of the financial side of the business, looking at labor targets and contributing to financial success.
- Assist in leading and developing a strong, high-performing events team.
- To ensure consistent quality service delivery taking part in the daily tastings with Chefs and temperature checks on the floors
- Ensuring set standards are met for each event on a daily basis

- Acts in line with guidelines and procedures, to ensure the team operates to it’s maximum potential
- Always strives to deliver above and beyond the expectations set by management, customer and client
- Has a proven desire for the delivery of the highest quality of service and food offer obtainable
- Has the drive to ensure that all results are attained in the most professional and honest manner
