Builder – General Carpentry and Maintenance | Rochdale, Greater Manchester
£28,073.00 per annum with on target earnings up to £45K
Full-Time, Permanent Contract

Scope of Works
- General building and maintenance work
- Removal and reinstatement of boxing around boilers and flues
- Removal and reinstatement of cupboards & air cupboards
- Removal of decommissioned gas fires, brick up, opening and skim
- Making good in and around flues and air vents, etc including basic brickwork and plastering
- General carpentry i.e. lifting floorboards
- Creating access for pipework in walls or behind kitchen units
- Reinforcing walls for radiators
Maintaining knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Must hold a valid right to work in the UK
- Desirable to hold a CSCS/CSCS Alliance Red Card (trainee & experienced) OR Green Card (Labourer)
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Preferred
- Must be confident and have good written and verbal communication skills
