🚀 What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and Inspire: Recruit, develop, and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service and have fun doing it.
- Make It Memorable: Create experiences that keep players coming back, from casual kickabouts to high-stakes league nights.
- Run It Like You Own It: You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through outstanding customer experiences and marketing, ensuring your club is the place to be.
- Grow the Game: Build strong community relationships, and attract new players, teams and partners whilst shouting about us on socials. Get the pitches buzzing all week long.

🧠 What You Bring to the Squad:
- A confident, results-driven manager with experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports management
- You’ve got natural team leadership experience and love seeing people succeed under your guidance.
