Barnes Law
Barnes Law is a law boutique founded by Yulia Barnes in 2019 just before Covid. Barnes Law has been growing successfully year on year. We look predominantly after corporate clients and HNWIs.
We aim to provide the highest standards of service and attract high calibre of candidates to our practice. We pride ourselves on providing personalised service to every client; we work with clients closely to understand their goals and what we need to do to achieve them. We are fully-focused and work collaboratively, creatively, innovatively and proactively to ensure that we understand our clients’ objectives and commercial drivers.
Due to the structure of our set up, our staff have close contact with clients and work closely with Yulia who shares her expertise and knowledge spanning over many years in legal practice. We invest in professional development and training of our staff and have a strong belief that our staff is our valuable asset.

We look for candidates who are ambitious and intend to stay and progress to senior positions at Barnes Law.
Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings
- Onboard clients and take instructions
- Draft contracts with minimal supervision
- Negotiate contracts
- Draft correspondence
- Undergo regular training
- Attend networking events
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience working in a boutique law firm or another small firm with good reputation and similar client base
- English law degree and LPC or plans to take SQEs in the foreseeable future
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and invest time in your professional development
- Good knowledge of English law concepts
- Good attitude to work
- Good time management skills

- Hybrid working
- Office in Central London
- 9am to 5:30pm but there will be a requirement to work additional hours if the workload requires so
