We are supporting a leading international professional services organisation in the search for a General Counsel to join its senior leadership team.
This is an opportunity to lead an established legal function within a partnership environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will advise on a broad range of commercial, corporate, governance, and risk matters while leading a team of legal, risk, and compliance specialists across multiple jurisdictions.

- Role Overview:
- Advise on a broad range of commercial, corporate, governance, and risk matters.
- Lead a team of legal, risk, and compliance specialists across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as a trusted adviser on strategic business initiatives, governance, organisational matters, and legal risk.
- Support the governance and stewardship of a partnership structure.
- Help shape business decisions at the highest level.

- Key Requirements:
- Experience as General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or other senior in-house legal leaders.
- Experience operating in partnership structures, professional services organisations, or similarly environments.
