Location: Remote Type: Full-time Level: Executive / Legal Leadership
Role Own Medora's legal function across healthcare regulation, commercial agreements, data privacy, corporate governance, intellectual property, and risk management.
Core Responsibilities
- Own Medora's overall legal strategy and legal operations.
- Advise the CEO and leadership team on legal and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Manage enterprise, provider, technology, and partnership agreements.
- Own legal processes for product launches and new markets.
- Identify and manage material legal and regulatory risks.
- Manage external legal counsel and specialist advisors.
- Establish practical legal processes that support a fast-moving company.
Healthcare & Regulatory
- Advise on healthcare regulatory requirements across relevant markets.
- Assess regulatory implications of Medora's products, workflows, and business models.
- Advise on telehealth and digital-health requirements.
- Healthcare professional licensing and scope-of-practice considerations.
- Patient consent and healthcare documentation.
- AI-related healthcare regulation.
- Healthcare advertising and consumer protection.
- Prescription and pharmacy-related regulatory considerations.
- Cross-border healthcare considerations.
- Develop and maintain appropriate compliance frameworks.

- Lead contract negotiations and legal review.
- Develop and maintain standard agreements and templates.
- Review customer and enterprise contracts.

- Technology and software agreements.
- Data licensing and data-sharing arrangements.
- SaaS and service agreements.
- Vendor and supplier agreements.
- NDAs and confidentiality arrangements.
- Commercial terms, liability, indemnities, and warranties.
