We're partnering with a leading international investment and development organisation to appoint a senior General Counsel to provide strategic legal leadership across a complex portfolio of real estate and infrastructure assets.
This is a high-profile leadership role, advising executive stakeholders and boards on major transactions, governance, risk management, and commercial strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead legal support for acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, financings, and development projects.
- Provide legal advice across the full lifecycle of real estate investments, from acquisition and structuring through development, construction, operations, asset management, and disposal.
- Advise executive leadership and boards on strategic, commercial, governance, and reputational matters.
- Oversee complex commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements.
- Manage significant legal risks, disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Lead external counsel relationships and develop a high-performing legal function.

About You:
- Qualified lawyer with 15+ years' PQE
- Significant senior-level in-house experience.
- Extensive expertise in real estate investment, development, and construction.
- Proven experience advising on the full real estate asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, development, operations, joint ventures, and exit transactions.
- Strong track record supporting boards and executive leadership on complex transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions is highly desirable.
- Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
