We are experiencing high demand for reliable, energetic QTS and QTLS teachers across all subject backgrounds to deliver general cover across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with Key Stage 5 opportunities also available).

These roles allow you to embed yourself fully within a school community and contribute directly to student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre:set work across a range of secondary subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintaining high expectations for learning, focus, and achievement.
- Create a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment using effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
- Adapt learning delivery to accommodate students with diverse learning styles and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Leave clear, professional handover notes for regular class teachers when fulfilling day:to:day cover assignments.
- For long:term roles: take ownership of subject delivery, plan, assess, and mark work, participate in department meetings, and contribute to parents evenings as required.
What We Look For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS (or recognised UK teaching qualification).
- Strong classroom management skills and the confidence to step into unfamiliar secondary settings with ease.
- Broad curriculum knowledge across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with a flexible, proactive attitude.
- An adaptable, punctual, and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
