Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stroud. The Job Title will support the delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with the clinic’s philosophy of health, function, and aesthetics. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Collaborating with clinical and administrative team members
- Supporting patient consultations and treatment workflows

The role will involve working within established clinical protocols, using modern equipment and digital systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, patient comfort, and outcomes. The Job Title will also uphold the clinic’s commitment to clear communication, patient-centered service, and professional standards of safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong patient-facing skills, including clear communication, empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust with a diverse range of individuals.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as time management, attention to detail, accurate record keeping, and the ability to follow structured clinical or office workflows.
- Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, including working effectively within multidisciplinary clinical and support teams and contributing positively to a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess basic digital and technical skills, such as comfort with practice management software, digital documentation, and learning to work with modern dental or medical equipment and processes.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in dental, healthcare, or clinical settings are beneficial, including familiarity with patient pathways, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance.
- A commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and alignment with evidence-based, patient-centered care is strongly preferred.
