Associate Dentist Opportunity | Near Cardiff

CliniHunters is delighted to be supporting a highly established mixed dental practice located just outside Cardiff in the appointment of an ambitious Associate Dentist.
This is a superb opportunity for a clinician seeking strong earnings, excellent patient flow and exposure to high-quality private dentistry within a supportive and progressive environment.
What’s on Offer?
- Established list with 450+ plan patients and 237 active private patients
- NHS allocation equivalent to c.4,500 UDAs, with flexibility to increase
- Strong and growing private income potential
- Current associate generating £12k–£15k per month
- 4-day week available, with flexibility for 5 days if desired

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Confident managing NHS dentistry
- Ambitious and motivated to grow private treatment provision
- Strong communication skills and patient-centred approach
