We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our dynamic team. You will work collaboratively alongside the Creative Director, leading Kantos’ visionary output.
In 2026, Kantos celebrated 10 years of groundbreaking choral performance. This is an opportunity to guide Kantos into its next chapter of growth, impact and innovation.
Location: Hybrid working. Remote working with regular in-person attendance in Manchester and on tour locations.

Contract Type: 3-year fixed term contract with the view to extend based on performance and availability of funding (with 6 month probation period).
Hours: Flexible. Usually 5 days/week (37.5 hours) including Monday Staff Team Meeting (online), online remote working and in-person activity (including some weekends and evenings).
Salary: £45,000 pro rata. 4 days (FTE 0.8) or 5 days a week (to be discussed at interview). Plus employer pension contributions.
