We are a movement of students sharing and living out the good news of Jesus Christ. Locally. Nationally. Globally. IFES ministry is supported behind the scenes by International Services based in Asia, the UK, and the USA. IFES supports and connects students living out the gospel as witnesses in the university in more than 180 countries worldwide. At the heart of everything we do is the desire to see students thriving as communities of disciples, transformed by the gospel and impacting the university, the church and society for the glory of Christ.

WOULD YOU JOIN US?

To assist in this work, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting people, managing a wide range of tasks, and ensuring that processes run smoothly. You will be someone who takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support, pays close attention to detail, and can manage competing priorities with confidence. Whether coordinating information, maintaining records, or supporting projects, you will bring a reliable and service-minded approach to your work.

As this role includes responsibility for supporting and developing e-learning content, we are seeking someone who is comfortable working with digital systems and has an interest in online learning. You do not need to be an instructional designer, but you should be confident learning new technology, following established templates, and helping to create engaging, accurate, and user-friendly e-learning resources.

SALARY: Band H (£27,436 - £28,764)

CONTRACT: Fixed term 3 years

LOCATION: Oxford/Hybrid (60% office based)

PENSION: Flexible and hybrid working options; 10% employer pension contribution; life insurance; generous annual leave allowance.

You will enjoy coordinating multiple responsibilities, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and providing excellent support to colleagues and stakeholders.

Bringing a positive attitude, administrative excellence, and a passion for serving others, you will play an important role in supporting the International Services team and helping to develop high-quality e-learning resources that equip and encourage colleagues around the world.
