Role Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Technical Crew Members to join our dynamic team in London. You will be responsible for the physical setup (installation) and breakdown (de-rig) of technical equipment for a wide range of live events, including conferences, exhibitions, music concerts / festivals, and corporate functions. This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness, a can-do attitude, and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload event equipment, including lighting, audio, video equipment, staging, and furniture.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of equipment according to technical plans and instructions from senior technicians / project managers.
  • Safely de-rig and pack down all equipment post-event, ensuring it is loaded correctly.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet tight event deadlines, maintaining a high standard of health and safety at all times.
  • Perform basic equipment checks and report any faults or damages to the crew chief or warehouse manager.
  • Maintain exceptional punctuality, time, and diary management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the events, production, or entertainment industry (Candidates with no experience but with the right attitude will be considered).
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
  • A strong understanding of on-site health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Based in or able to easily commute to various locations across London.
