Role Overview
As a General Field Manager, you'll lead and coach a team of Zone Managers who are on the front line of Ford's Dealer network — driving performance, building relationships and delivering the customer experience our brand is known for. You'll be part of an energetic field team supporting our passenger vehicle objectives, from hitting sales targets to raising the bar on Dealer standards.

This is a leadership role with genuine influence: you'll guide your team's direction, coordinate with cross-functional partners across Sales Planning, Product and Yield Management, and act as the vital link between Ford and our Dealer partners.
