Company: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Foreman to join a highly successful civil engineering contractor delivering major highways and infrastructure projects across Oxfordshire.

The Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme while leading site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day construction activities.
- Managing direct labour and subcontractors.
- Driving high standards of health, safety and quality.
- Coordinating works to meet programme requirements.
- Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager.
- Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a General Foreman within civil engineering.
- Highways, roads or infrastructure project experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a focus on safety and quality.
- SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS Card preferred.
