M Group Water is now looking for a General Forman / Site Supervisor to join the water and wastewater capital delivery team, specifically for the Sidcup area. This is a Hybrid working role, which will see you travel to the Sidcup office and sites across Sidcup and surrounding areas - full UK driving license and positive approach to Hybrid working required.
Role Responsibilities
You'll lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations across water and wastewater capital projects, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Working closely with project teams, you'll oversee site supervisors and operatives, drive productivity, maintain quality standards and champion a strong health and safety culture. You'll support the planning and delivery of works on live infrastructure sites, ensuring resources, materials and site activities are effectively managed to achieve successful project outcomes.

Requirements
- Leadership experience gained in a General Foreman, Foreman, Supervisor or similar site-based role.
- Strong health and safety knowledge with experience promoting safe systems of work on site.
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
- NRSWA Supervisory / Streetworks accreditation and understanding of COSHH.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between the Sidcup office and project sites across the region.
