Expression of Interest: Territory Field Sales – Professional Haircare (UK)

Are you passionate about professional haircare, relationship-led sales, and building trusted partnerships with salons and stylists? We are inviting general expressions of interest for future Territory Field Sales opportunities within the Professional Haircare division at Kao.
While there may not be an immediate vacancy, we are building a talent pipeline so that when roles open, we can quickly connect with individuals who already understand (or are excited to enter) the professional salon industry.
About The Opportunity
As a Territory Field Sales professional in the Professional Haircare sector, you would represent Kao’s salon portfolio across your territory, supporting salon growth, education, and brand success. You would act as both a commercial partner and a trusted advisor to salon owners and stylists.
Typical focus areas include:
- Developing long-term relationships with salons and key accounts
- Driving territory growth through new business and existing account development
- Collaborating with education and marketing teams to support launches and campaigns
- Identifying local market opportunities and translating them into sales growth

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from individuals who bring some of the following:
- Experience in field sales, account management, or B2B relationship roles (haircare/beauty ideal but not essential)
- Confident communication and influencing skills
- A genuine interest in professional haircare, salon culture, or the beauty industry
- Self-motivation and comfort working autonomously in a field-based role
- A results-driven mindset balanced with customer partnership thinking
