General Intern - ripple⁺ and Droplet

Location

Camden, London (3 days per week in the office)

Start Date

Immediate, upon finding the right candidate

About ripple⁺

ripple⁺ is a consumer wellness brand offering a range of zero-nicotine products made from natural, organic ingredients. Our botanical blends are a non-addictive, nicotine-free alternative to smoking and vaping. Whether you're trying to quit e-cigarettes or simply seeking an upgrade, ripple⁺ is revolutionising a healthier, nicotine-free lifestyle.

About Droplet

Droplet is a range of design-forward home fragrance products, created to make the home feel considered, beautiful and distinctly yours. Droplet is led by the same founders as ripple⁺, and the two brands share one tight-knit team.

Overview of Role

We are looking for someone creative and personable, with strong communication skills, to support both ripple⁺ and Droplet. Our perfect candidate is up to date with market trends, pop culture and the world around them. Ideally, you will be completing a degree. Work experience is preferable but not a must!

You will need to be driven, self-motivated and able to take initiative. As an intern working across two brands, it is important that you know how to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a commitment of 3 days a week in the office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
