Salary: From £13.70 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Temp-to-Perm, subject to probation)
We are a family-run business offering a wide range of CNC machining, edgebanding, and panel processing services.
We are looking for a General Labour / Panel Processing Operative to join our team as soon as possible.
Previous experience in woodworking or panel production is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will work on a variety of machinery throughout our production warehouse.

The Role
- Full-time, 39.25 hours per week
- Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm
- Friday: 7am-3pm
- Full training provided
- Plenty of overtime available
- Overtime paid at time and a half for the first 5 hours, double time thereafter
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown
- On-site parking
Requirements
- Reliable and hardworking
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
- Previous woodworking/panel processing experience advantageous but not essential
- Full driving license and own vehicle essential due to our remote location
- Must be able to reliably commute to Ilkley LS29 0LJ, or plan to relocate before starting
