About The Role
A General Labourer is required in Madeley for a full-time, permanent position paying £12.71 per hour, with a pay rise available upon successful completion of probation. Working Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday from 6:00am to 1:00pm, you will support a production team by preparing materials for welders, moving stock, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial, though full training is provided. The role suits someone with practical common sense and a reliable attitude. You will help ensure materials are accessible and assist with general production duties.

General Labourer
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday, 6:00am – 1:00pm
Location: Telford TF7
Pay: £13.45
We are looking for a General Labourer to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting the production team by ensuring materials and products are organised and readily available for the welders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment who is looking to join a well-established business. Full training will be provided for the right person with a great attitude and strong common sense.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing materials and products for the welding team
- Moving stock and materials around the production area
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Supporting the production team with general labouring duties
- Assisting with stock movement and organisation

What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred
- FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is desirable
- Overhead crane licence is advantageous
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
