The Role
RGW require 3 General builder’s labourers to join our growing Groundwork, Brickwork and Fencing teams. You will need a Full Driving Licence and a CSCS Card (Or need to obtain a CSCS with 3 months of Joining).
A good knowledge of general labouring is essential, and a valid driving licence is required.
In-house, we offer the following training: Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, PPE, Bribery act 2010, Equality and Diversity, Environmental awareness, Use of ladders and step ladders, Risk Assessment Awareness, Health and Safety (applicable to role).
Specialist training will also be provided for, PASMA, Abrasive Wheels, NPORS, Confined Space, 360 excavator and Cat and genie, etc.

Full PPE and uniform Provided.
We would expect successful candidates to be driven and focused on learning the Groundwork, Fencing and Brickwork trades to a high standard, concentrating on productivity and efficiency whilst maintaining the highest levels of reliability to support working towards becoming a main tradesman within 3 years covering Groundwork, Fencing and Brickwork repairs.
Successful candidates will preferably live local to our office to enable them to meet and travel in a company vehicle to site daily, our work can take us across London and throughout Kent and Sussex.
