Hours: Monday to Friday
Overview
We are seeking a Mobile Fabric Technician to support multiple commercial contracts across Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fabric maintenance professional to join a growing facilities management team, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across multiple sites.
- Undertake general building maintenance including carpentry, painting and decorating, patch repairs, basic plumbing, and other fabric-related tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Complete maintenance records and job reports accurately.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients across multiple contracts.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a fabric maintenance or building maintenance role.
- A trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- Full UK driving licence.
Package
- Salary of £33,000 per annum.
- Company van and fuel card provided.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- Opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial contracts.
