General Manager, Itsu Franchise. Oxford and Reading Region.
We are the largest Itsu franchisee in the UK. We are ready to meet the next General Manager who will grow with us. This role is part of our expansion plans across the region.
You do not need to be a GM already. If you are an AGM, Deputy/Shift Manager, or Restaurant Manager and you feel you are ready for the next step, we want to hear from you.
You will train alongside our existing General Managers across Oxford and Reading, learn the operation properly, and build the commercial skills to run a site of your own.

What We Need from You:
- Passionate about food, people, and running a great restaurant.
- Lead from the floor. You are happiest in a busy service, alongside your team.
- Curious about the numbers. Sales, labour, waste. You want to understand what makes a site profitable.
- Network locally. Marketing is a real part of this job. Offices, schools, gyms, community groups. You go and find the customers.
- Take ownership. You see the problem and fix it without being asked.

What We Offer:
- Salary: From £36,000* plus bonus, 45 hours, full-time.
- Benefits: Pension. 50% discount on food across the itsu estate. Free meals on shift. *Varies depending on experience.
Oxford and Reading regions. Flexibility to work across sites is essential.
