General Manager
London | Up to £120k p.a.
Our client, a premium beauty brand, has built something rare: a genuinely joined up operation across clinic, ecommerce and distribution, all held to the same exacting standard. They now need someone to take the reins entirely, shaping strategy while staying close enough to the business to feel its pulse day to day. This is leadership with real ownership, not a caretaker brief.
Your New Role
- Own business performance end to end across clinic, ecommerce and distribution, with full P&L responsibility
- Set the commercial agenda: sales, margin and profitability targets, backed by data and market insight
- Keep the clinic and retail floor running to a standard clients notice, and remember
- Take ecommerce performance apart and put it back together better: conversion, average order value, retention, fulfilment
- Steer B2B distribution, from supply chain and stock planning to logistics and partner relationships
- Sharpen forecasting and inventory management so the business moves faster than its problems
- Build and lead a management team that raises the bar, not just holds it
- Report directly to the Board with clarity and confidence
- Protect the brand at every touchpoint while pushing the customer experience further
