General Manager – Jetts Hammersmith | Flagship Fitness Club
£35,000–£44,000 basic | OTE up to £58,000
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven General Manager to lead Jetts Hammersmith, our flagship 12,000 sq ft club in West London.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a significant fitness business, rather than simply manage the day-to-day running of a gym.
You'll be responsible for:
- Commercial performance and membership growth
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Member retention and experience
- Operational standards and compliance
- Local marketing and business development

This is a hands-on leadership role. We're looking for someone who leads from the front, understands the numbers, develops their people and takes ownership when things need to improve.
What we're looking for
We're particularly interested in people who have:
- 5+ years' management experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment
- A proven track record of delivering sales/commercial targets
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Strong commercial awareness and KPI management
- High standards and exceptional attention to detail
- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
