General Manager – Co-Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead the team and ongoing success of a luxury Co-Working building in Central London.

Our client is a rapidly growing player within the Co-Working sector, with an impressive pipeline of high-quality assets due to come online over the next few years. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a boutique scheme and play a key part in shaping tenant experience, operational excellence, and team culture from day one.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the FM with the full operational leadership of a premium Co-Working building
  • Ensuring compliance across all regulatory and operational areas
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and tenant satisfaction
  • Overseeing health & safety standards and best practice
  • Ensure occupancy levels remain high and lead on leasing initiatives

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within co-working, serviced office or similar environment at management level
  • Proven experience overseeing sites operations
  • Strong understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements
  • Track record of delivering high standards of customer service
  • Good working knowledge of the entire leasing process
