General Manager - East Midlands - Up to £50,000 + benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume site for a well-established hospitality brand. This is a hands-on role with full responsibility for the site's commercial performance, operations, people and guest experience.

The business is well known for creating positive guest experiences through great food and drink, a vibrant atmosphere and consistently high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of site P&L, sales, labour, GP and controllable costs.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a large team and management structure.
  • Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and operational standards.
  • Maintain high standards across service, food, drink, compliance and safety.
  • Use KPIs and commercial data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Build a strong team culture and develop future leaders.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced General Manager from a high-volume hospitality, leisure or retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven P&L experience.
  • Confident people leader with a track record of developing teams.
  • Hands-on, energetic and passionate about delivering a positive guest experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, margin and overall business performance.
