General Manager Private Members Golf Club

Location: West London

Salary: A GBP 58k to A GBP 63k + tronc + KPI bonus

I am working with a premium private members club opening in West London, This is the start of the journey and am looking for a hands-on leader to own the operation, member experience and commercial performance from presales to opening. You'll work closely with the founders and lead a hospitality team of around six, supported by Front of House.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation and site P and L.
• Build and manage budgets, forecasts and weekly trading reports.
• Drive membership growth, retention, events and corporate revenue.
• Manage the member journey, from enquiry through to long-term engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate the hospitality team.
• Create rotas, oversee payroll and manage team performance.
• Lead the pre-opening plan, staff training and November launch.
• Oversee suppliers, stock control, purchasing and ordering.
• Manage booking, EPOS, payment and membership systems.
• Maintain food safety, HACCP, licensing and health and safety standards.
• Develop strong relationships with members, corporate clients and event partners.
• Ensure the club is always presentation-ready and delivering five-star service.
• Identify new commercial opportunities across coaching, events, club fitting and private hire.
