School of Rock's General Manager
School of Rock's General Manager manages the show from ACDC to Zappa. The Manager must create a safe and cool environment for students to achieve their creative and musical potential. And it must ensure that as many children as possible experience the magic that is School of Rock. In order to fulfill his mission, the manager must achieve the enrollment, sales, and profits of the business by handling all aspects of hiring and managing a staff, financial, marketing, and customer service operations with the goal of satisfying customers and maximizing student retention.

- Marketing, Sales & Promotions
- Relationship Management
- Talent – Recruitment, development, retention
- School Management
- Production and Management of the Shows
- Financial management
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or customer service environment.
- Significant experience in recruitment and staff management.
- Strong business acumen, experience preferably running a small business.
- Financial experience or responsibility in P&L (Income Statement)
